Isle of Harris Wedding | Outer Hebrides, Scotland

Kirsten & Steven travelled from Manchester with their friends and family to celebrate their wedding on the stunning Isle of Harris. After visiting multiple times with family over the years, they had quickly fallen in love with this special area of the Outer Hebrides, and therefore knew it would be the perfect place for them to have their wedding. Kirsten got ready with her family and bridesmaids in the little village of Tarbert, whilst Steven got ready a little further south, in the beautiful Blue Hare house near Rodel. They had their ceremony at the historic St Clement’s Church on Harris - a medieval stone church that has views out to the sea. After a lovely service, they headed over to Horgabost beach, where they all made their way down the sea for a big group photo, before Kirsten & Steven wander along the beach for their couple photos. The palette of the white sand beaches and turquoise water of the Isle of Harris provided a truly beautiful backdrop. They then made the short journey up to Talla na Mara, where they enjoyed some great food and speeches, before heading into a traditional Ceilidh. We also managed to sneak outside for a couple of minutes during a pretty amazing sunset, which was the perfect way to round off their wedding.
